“Treasure Box of the Future / Kapsuła przyszłości”

The exhibition “Treasure Box of the Future / Kapsuła przyszłości” is a unique presentation of a contemporary view of amber. The works of eight designers show diverse approaches – from reinterpretations of traditional forms (Adam Pstrągowski, Sławomir Fijałkowski), through minimalism (Emilia Kohut) and ecological concepts (Marcin Giebułtowski), to experiments with new materials (Tomasz Kargul). Worth noting are the multimodal solutions (Dorota Cenecka), the uniqueness of the designs (Maciej Rozenberg), and the inspirations from nature (Ireneusz Glaza).

The hybrid character of the exhibition combines jewelry with multimedia. At the center of the display are eight jewelry sets dedicated to four symbolic figures reflecting contemporary lifestyles. An interactive app lets visitors better understand the artistic and conceptual context of the projects. Thanks to this, amber appears as a raw material of the future – versatile, modern, and full of inspiration.
